13 Luohan Qigong Discover inner calm, vitality, and clarity through movement

Online morning course Weekly practice Three months December 2026

About 13 Luohan Qigong

13 Luohan Qigong is an ancient practice inspired by the Luohan figures—the awakened disciples of the Buddha. The method consists of thirteen exercises, each expressing a distinct quality of movement, breathing, concentration, and presence.

Through flowing, attentive movement, we learn to listen to the body and allow the breath to guide the pace. The practice invites the body to soften without collapsing, and to become strong without unnecessary effort.

The sequence is designed to encourage balanced movement of qi, release accumulated tension, and cultivate steady vitality. It is a powerful yet meditative practice, accessible through gradual, precise learning.

As movement, breath, and attention come together, quiet begins to emerge within the action itself. This quiet supports clarity, grounded presence, and a deeper connection between body and mind.

In the spirit of Dojo Baharim, the course emphasizes curiosity, patience, and respect for each participant’s pace—so the practice can become a natural and meaningful part of daily life.
